Every job is priced before we set off. The price depends on the job and the time band, and a lockout opened without damage is £95 by day, £130 in the evening and at weekends and £150 at night.
Day is 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Evening and weekend is 6pm to 10pm on any day, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Night is 10pm to 8am. Every price includes travel and up to one hour on site.
Parts are named and priced before we set off, so a lock change comes to the labour plus the part you chose. A standard euro cylinder is £25 and a TS007 3 star anti snap cylinder is £60.
Work that runs past the first hour is quoted before it starts: £70 an hour by day, £90 in the evening and at weekends, and £110 at night. If the price is not right for you, nothing happens and nobody travels.
