The form asks a few quick things: what has happened, what sort of door it is, where you are and how soon you need someone. You can add up to four photos of the problem, which often gets you a firmer price, and then the name and number we should reply to.
If you would rather type it out in your own words, open the chat instead. Either way the next step is the same. We come back with a fixed price before anyone sets off. If the price is right, we come out. If it is not, nothing happens and nobody travels.
