No. Telling you what the job involves and what it costs is part of sending your job. The price is fixed before we set off, so you know the figure before a van moves and before anyone touches the door.
What you get back is a fixed price for your job in your time band, with any parts named and priced. A photo of the lock or the door often makes that price firmer, because it shows what we are dealing with.
There is no separate call out charge on top. Our prices include travel and up to one hour on site, and anything beyond that first hour is quoted before the work starts.
If the figure is not right for you, you do not have to go ahead and there is nothing to pay. Nobody travels until you say yes.
